My Story
Dreamz began with a dream long before it became a business.
“I knew I did not only want to understand systems. I wanted to build businesses.”
Orkuma Joseph, known as Mr Dreamz, began his journey in Makurdi, Benue State. He studied Computer Science at Benue State University, but as his studies progressed, another conviction became clearer: his strongest calling was entrepreneurship.
Leaving BSU was not a failure. It was a difficult, defining turn toward the future he believed he could build.
The beginning
There was no large company, significant funding or perfect roadmap. There was an idea, a willingness to experiment and the belief that a dream could become tangible through work.

Joseph chose to step away from Computer Science at Benue State University and pursue entrepreneurship. The decision demanded courage and responsibility. It became the moment the dream moved from private thought toward practical action.
Learning differently
In Abuja, he decided not to chase business success blindly. He began studying Entrepreneurship at the National Open University of Nigeria while continuing to learn through customers, products, people, mistakes and daily operations.
Still becoming
The journey has never been perfect. But five-plus years later, Dreamz is still here — still building, still learning and still becoming. What began as a personal dream is developing into an ecosystem of businesses, people and opportunities.
